"SCAMMERS! They will lie, take advantage of you, and do whatever they can to make it as difficult as possible to switch offices. All I wanted was to switch to my mom’s office, to go on her policy. Instead, Matt took advantage of me knowing I’m a young girl and asked for my mom’s info, which i didn’t know he wasn’t allowed to ask, so he could switch her policy to their office without her consent. We will be reporting this to the DOI. STAY AWAY!!"
